What is 2076: Meridian War?
A base-building real-time strategy game with a twenty-five-operation single-player campaign and a skirmish mode against the AI. It is the first game in the Meridian War series.
When does it come out?
Steam Preview is planned for Q4 2026, followed by the game release in Q1 2027. Online play is planned for Q2/Q3 2027.
Which platforms?
Windows and Mac, through Steam.
Is there multiplayer?
Not at launch. Skirmish is against up to seven AI commanders. Online skirmish is planned after launch.
Why would I make an account?
Your Meridian War account holds your licence keys now and will hold your online profile, match history and replays later. It is free and needs only an e-mail address.
I registered but cannot sign in.
New accounts must be activated first: open the link in the activation mail and enter the password you chose. No mail? Request a new one on the sign-in page, or sign in with an e-mail link.
What is a licence key?
A code of twenty letters and digits, such as 7K3QX-M2PZR-A9DW4-TJ6HN. Redeem it on your account page to add the game to your account. Each key works once.
I will buy the game on Steam. Do I need a key?
No. Steam keeps your copy. Linking a Steam account to your Meridian War account is planned together with online play.
What is the dispatch?
News by mail, now and then: dev logs, operation reveals and the first playtest call. It comes with a free Meridian War account, so we know the address is yours. Switch it off on your account page whenever you like.
What do you store about me?
Only what an account needs. The privacy page lists it.
